FundayGame Interactive Inc ("FundayGame" or "we") is committed to protecting the privacy rights of its online users. This policy covers information collected through use of the company's games and applications (the "Service"). FundayGame collects information users voluntarily provide through Facebook, in accordance with Facebook's policies. Personal information may include name, Facebook user ID, or email address. Additional data may come from message board participation, customer support emails, or virtual product purchases.

Since a third party manages virtual goods purchases, FundayGame has no access to credit card or billing details.

Non-personal information may include age/date of birth, gender, hardware information, favorite websites, friend information, and fan pages. Non-personal and personal information may be combined to enhance user experience and improve the Service.

Game play information such as high scores and session duration is also recorded. Actions with other players are public and at the user's discretion.

Aggregate data collected includes IP addresses, browser type/language, referring/exit pages, platform type, click counts, domain names, landing pages, page views, time spent on pages, and timestamps. This information is not disclosed, rented, leased, loaned, sold, or otherwise voluntarily distributed to unaffiliated third parties and is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

Other Disclosure of Your Personal Information

FundayGame may be required to disclose personal information by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability. This includes compliance with legal processes such as warrants, subpoenas, statutes, or court orders, and protection of rights and property.

In cases of merger, acquisition, reorganization, or bankruptcy, customer information may be transferred to a successor or assignee as permitted by applicable law.

Cookies

The Service sends cookies to users' computers to identify devices and remember preferences, usernames, and passwords. Cookie data may be linked to personal information. Users can disable cookies but may lose access to certain Service features.
