Overview

FundayGame Interactive Inc ("FundayGame" or "we") is committed to protecting the privacy rights of its online users. This policy covers information collected through use of the company's games and applications (the "Service"). Information Collected and Used

FundayGame collects information users voluntarily provide through Facebook, in accordance with Facebook's policies. Personal information may include name, Facebook user ID, or email address. Additional data may come from message board participation, customer support emails, or virtual product purchases.

Since a third party manages virtual goods purchases, FundayGame has no access to credit card or billing details.

Non-personal information may include age/date of birth, gender, hardware information, favorite websites, friend information, and fan pages. Non-personal and personal information may be combined to enhance user experience and improve the Service.

Game play information such as high scores and session duration is also recorded. Actions with other players are public and at the user's discretion.

Aggregate data collected includes IP addresses, browser type/language, referring/exit pages, platform type, click counts, domain names, landing pages, page views, time spent on pages, and timestamps. This information is not disclosed, rented, leased, loaned, sold, or otherwise voluntarily distributed to unaffiliated third parties and is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

Other Disclosure of Your Personal Information

FundayGame may be required to disclose personal information by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability. This includes compliance with legal processes such as warrants, subpoenas, statutes, or court orders, and protection of rights and property.

In cases of merger, acquisition, reorganization, or bankruptcy, customer information may be transferred to a successor or assignee as permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Service Providers

To ensure the proper functioning of our game, provide a seamless user experience, and generate revenue to support continuous development, we integrate the following third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). These service providers may collect, process, and store user data on our behalf. We have carefully selected these partners to ensure they comply with applicable data protection laws.

1. LINE Login SDK

• Purpose: Account Authentication and Social Login.
• Function: This SDK allows you to create an account and log in to our game using your existing LINE credentials. It simplifies the registration process and enables social features.
• Data Collected: LINE User ID, display name, profile picture, and authentication tokens.

2. AdMob SDK (by Google)

• Purpose: Advertising and Monetization.
• Function: We use AdMob to display advertisements within the game (e.g., rewarded videos, interstitials, or banners). This helps us keep the game free-to-play or fund future content updates.

Cookies

However, FundayGame cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never overcome those measures. Email and messaging systems are not considered secure for transmitting personal information.

Policy Regarding Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If FundayGame learns a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete such information from our files as quickly as possible.
